vivoPharm is leading in orthotopic human xenograft models. Over the years we have developed proprietary inoculation techniques that prevent leakage of the cell suspension, thus preventing the development of satellites. As a result we can produce solid tumors in several organs such as, brain, breast, cecum, liver, lungs, ovaries, pancreas, prostate and spleen. In average, our models achieve more than 90% take-rate and a window for treatment of 3 and more weeks. Some of our models are available for non-invasive imaging using a Luciferase tag.
