vivoPharm offers syngeneic mouse tumor models which have the advantage that the tumor grows in the "native" stroma and that these tumors typically metastasize. We have developed special techniques to remove the tumor at its orthotopic site. The removal (tumourectomy) of the primary tumor allows to treat againts metastasis in the LN's, liver and lung for several weeks.
